The best

The location is great, just 5 min for the cathedral (and also historical part of the city). Bedrooms have enough of spare space and overall good.

To be improved

Common room is not big, just barely enogh space for dyning table and couch. Climat system was barely enough to make air warm. You need to collect keys in the office, which is not near appartmets. As well as parking, its located somewhat far from it.
