The method of picking of the keys were terrible! Upon arrival the office was closed, even though we had given them an arrival time. We called the property manager and were told we had to pay the 100.00 Euros fee, via their website first before they could give us the code for the key box. We had to call them back, told them the site would not accept any of our cards. Finally someone showed up at the office, apologized for the inconvenience. They handed the keys over and gave us directions to the apartment, it was a 10-15 walk. Apartment was nice but no real instructions as to how to maintain and/or use the appliances. (we have stayed at other VRBO's and there usually was general information as to how to maintain and the use of items within the apartment). No place to hang towels in bathroom and no shelving for bathroom items.

One of the doors that led to the apartment did not work properly and it made it difficult to exist. The couch in the living room is not very comfortable as seemed to be broken (it did not close properly).

If you look better you see it might need a good iverall cleaning and a little fix up. Sofa was opetty outdated. Hard to find apartment in the corridor at beginning. Couldnt get heat on the oven in bathroom.
