“Helpful staff cannot compensate dirty apartment”

Location was nice. Apartment was spacious.

To be improved

The apartment was not clean according to my standards. The floor was very sticky(walking barefoot was not nice so we put our shoes on), footprints when we arrived in all three rooms(also the bathroom), very dusty and the apartment had its own smell similar to a place where smoking had been allowed a long time ago. All of our clothes smelled like it (even the ones left in the luggage) when we left the apartment. Also the couch in the living room is quite worn off. A little investment in this piece would help to feel more comfortable.
