The appartment has everything you need in pretty good state. It is very close to the beach and the maritime promenade.

Cupboards are basic and in one bedroom difficult to access.

“Really enjoyed my relaxing holiday which lasted 4 weeks, excellent as exactly what I wanted.”

Location was excellent. Apartment very comfortable, balcony excellent.

To be improved

I was there on my own, but for 4 people, 2 bathrooms would be better. There was only one aircon unit, in the lounge. Later in the summer it would be difficult to sleep without aircon in bedrooms.

Great Location right by the beach. easy secure access good size. Safe clean communal areas. Has a Lift. Very quiet

Some areas are starting to look tired, ceiling flaking. Net Curtains didn’t open in bedroom

We didn't stay at number 10 as expected, we were put in number 7 ( which may or may not have been better) The photos on Booking.com show a glass enclosed solarium with sun loungers in excellent condition the reality was... there is No sunny solarium, apparently it blew down some time ago and will not be replaced. We were not informed of this and had we known I would not have booked this accommodation. The loungers were torn in places and dirty.
