The apartment is gloriously spacious and fully equipped for a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. José is an excellent host and is quick to reply to any questions, Nina met us when we arrived and is lovely, but doesn't speak English so no information was given to us about the apartment. The pool is lovely and the location is excellent with various restaurants, bars, supermarkets, Lidl and ice cream shops.

To be improved

No negatives, but would have loved an information booklet on where to empty the bins, how to use the window blinds, where to leave the key when you depart, some local information; local map, tramline, supermarkets, hot spots, beach loungers etc.

“Bugged Out”

The best

I liked that there was an ocean view. I liked it when we walked out of the apartment gates we were on the beach. There is a nice big pool that our teenagers enjoyed. The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us. People who live in the building are friendly. It offered free parking for our rental car. The host Josè was very nice and responded quickly to our messages. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to have a proper home cooked meal. There were plenty of restaurants around to eat at and a small store for supplies.

To be improved

By the 2nd day, we noticed tiny bites on our arms and hands. We thought maybe mosquitos, but we didn't see any mosquitos in the apartment. We found tiny bugs crawling on our arms, hands, face, nightstand, bathroom sinks, couch, beds, and pillows. We took pictures of the bugs on the beds and on pillows and sent it to Josè and Nina. They did not know what they were. We collected the bugs in a Ziplock bag and took that along with the pictures to the pharmacy. They were mites. We told Josè and Nina. We asked them specifically for mite spray. They bought Ant, Spider, and Roach spray. We explained that was the wrong spray, and we ended up having to buy the spray ourselves. Josè did pay us back. We had a hard time communicating with Nina because of the language barrier. When we explained the situation, because of the language barrier, it was left unresolved.

A lot of space, astonishing seaside and hillside view. Whole apartment decorated with taste. Very clean. Equipment that exceeds expectations. Large swimming pool. 10/10.
