“To say that living in these apartments left an unpleasant impression is an understatement!”

The best

of the advantages, I can only mention that the kitchen already had a microwave, a hairdryer and a fan. The location was also more of a plus, but that's it!

EVERYTHING! There is no WiFi in the room and the owners know this - they only apologize in response! wifi signals from the reception do not reach our room, even on the balcony! During all this time, we were unable to use Wi-Fi, although it was extremely important to us and they did not even try to solve the problem (!!!) 🤯 Cleanliness is one solid minus! I have already visited 48 countries, including Tenerife 3 times, but I have never seen anything worse The public toilet on the beach is cleaned better than in these apartments - we were convinced of this and were extremely disappointed 🫣 The bathroom and kitchen plumbing are in terrible condition. It's obvious that no one is doing the rooms, just taking out the trash and changing towels (and then only once a week!). There is a thick layer of dust on the fan grate. Using such a technique is unpleasant and unsafe, especially for people with allergies. 🤧 The pillowcases are torn. When we asked to change the towels, they brought us a towel with stains. The description says that the rooms are non-smoking, but an ashtray was placed in the room itself for something and cigarette smoke constantly stank from the neighboring rooms through the balcony (!!!) 🤮 I finally realized that I would not set it higher than 1 after the cleaning lady burst into our room without knocking on the day of departure - she just opened the apartment with her key at 8:00, although the departure time is from 10 to 12 (!!!) 😡 This completely ruined our impression of the service! If there was an opportunity to put a grade even lower, then I would have done so👎🏻

Apartment is super nice and everything is in order. Even when is very warm it is not hot in apartment. Host is super nice and very fast for responding on any requests. Highly recommend it, host and apartment.

“Great place to stay”

The best

The apartment was really clean & spacious. Owner was very helpful, check in was seamless with all info provided to locate keys. Pool was very cold but thats to be expected, all areas surrounding it were clean. 5 min walk to a decent supermarket. A decent variety of restaurants to eat at within 5 mins walking distance.

To be improved

I would of liked a microwave but that's just preference.

The best

The apartment managed by a property agent, who was very helpful and friendly. The location is good, close to the sea side shops, bars and restaurants, easy access by car or by bus to Los Cristianos, Las Americas and airport as well. The whole area is quite and calm, especially in the evenings. Possible to relax by the pool of the property or on the balcony. Also there is good transport link, the bus stop just crossed the road of the accommodation. During the night there is bus service as well. The kitchen of the apartment is well equipped too, the beds are comfortable. Also there is footpath in the area by the ocean where can do little hiking and possible to see the amazing view around in the area. The beach Amarailla is 10 minutes walk from the property.

To be improved

The lights didn't work well in the kitchen and in the room area, one of the light wasn't working at all.
