The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The location was perfect—just a short walk to public transport/ metro. It is spacious and superb😍😍😍

It was very clean and in a good location. The apartment had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The host was really helpful, nice and communicative.

Everything was great!The apartmant was fully equipped and very clean.The metro station is only 5 min walk with line 2 you can go everywhere.The host was kind and provided all information before we came. In the nerby you have supermarket, bakery, fruit shop etc.

Carlos is an awesome host, he was so helpful and communicative. He provided all the comfort we needed, giving us tips about what to do in Madrid, what to eat, what to see, anything you might need to have a great time in the city. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the metro and a commercial centre. It was super clean, had stove, microwave, fridge, washing machine - all facilities suitable for a longer period too if you need. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to visit Madrid!!

Facilities were as advertised. Self-check in was smooth with the clear instructions given. Apartment was clean & a 10-minute walk to the metro. With the metro, we could easily get to the sights in central Madrid in 10 to 20 minutes without changing lines. Carlos was extremely helpful in suggesting an itinerary & places to eat. With his itinerary, we managed to cover most of the sights in our short stay of 2 full days.

The apartment is located in a very quite and friendly neighborhood, in a proximity of Las Rosas commercial center and very close to a Metro station. Apartamento 4 Personas is a wonderful place equipped with everything you need. Instructions to access the location were very simple and precise. Instructions on how to use the various appliances were also very easy to follow. We were pampered with various complimentary refreshments prepared before our arrival. The place was also very clean and tastefully decorated. The owner, Carlos was exceptionally helpful and present in every aspect of our stay from making sure we had everything we need to making our stay comfortable, helping us getting around Madrid, places to visit, recommending us local restaurants and even giving us weather updates. Thank you Carlos for your substantial contribution in making our family vacation a memorable one! We could have not chosen a better location and we cannot wait to come back one day.
