“Perfect stay”

The best

Everything was perfect! I stayed here for a work trip for 6 nights, and all the facilities I might need were there, including places to work with good wifi. I felt directly at home due to the cosy interior. Easy to find and very friendly and accommodating host. Thank you again!

“Perfect with a backpack if you don't mind stairs”

The best

The apartment is great and has everything we needed. clean and comfortable! But it's the equivalent to a 5th floor with no elevator and it's in a pedestrian street, so there is a fair bit of walking with your luggage. Very uncomfortable if you have large suitcases. We did it because we're reasonably fit but I couldn't imagine my mum or my dad doing it. The apartment is perfect if you are travelling with a backpack and don't mind stairs.

To be improved

The lack of elevator and the location on a back street. We arrived at 3am and it was brutal.

The apartment was spacious, clean and a great location walkable to the centre.

To be improved

There was no warning that the apartment was on the 6th floor, which for my partner was difficult to climb the stairs after a long day.

“Amazing: brand new, quiet and fully equipped!”

The best

Amazing! The apartment was recently renovated and had all the amenities you could think of. There were TVs in every room, all the appliances were brand new and most important of all... It was really nice, well kept and quiet. We chose it for its proximity to the UIMP.

To be improved

The bathroom was tiny but the shower was spacious, so it's not really a complaint. This apartment is fantastic, we had some light luggage and this was a lucky shot because the building does not have an elevator.

“Exceptional”

The best

Amazingly nice, renovated apartment. It is very spacious and includes all amenities. The host is very friendly and eager to help. Location is quite satisfying, but keep in mind that Santander has an uphill and the apartment is sort of on top of it. Nice proximity to the sardinero beach which is on walking distance

To be improved

The only minor isuue is the internet speed, which for normal use is totally fine but it might not be sufficient for work (we work in tech).
