To be improved

Very ill-equipped to run this business and an arrogant landlord. Arriving in Madrid we specified the likely and calculated by google.maps time of our arrival at the flat. Several minutes after we were late he sent an impertinent message - how long should his employee wait for us! I will therefore explain to you that you should wait for us with your teeth clenched until we arrive! One of us trying to sit on a chair for the meal found it was broken and our travelling companion fell to the floor. We therefore sent a message, about the incident. No response or explanation. So be careful with this guy.
