From day 1 it was awfull Was stuck in the loft for 3 hours untill the fire brigade had to get me out The whole building had building work from early till late with jangle and shouting no peace at all We couldn’t shower or wash or brush our teeth as no water all day on one day too The pool wasn’t like it looked like

“Excellent stay - would recommend”

The best

I stayed for 25 nights in april/may as a couple, with friends and on my own. The apartment is a fantastic location, the apartment itself is modern and spacious. There is washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, nespresso machine, oven and microwave, all very clean. There is wifi in the apartment, which is excellent. I took an amazon stick and used it in the smart TV provided. There is a mop, bucket and brush available to use to keep the apartment clean. The apartment block is clean and seems to have a caretaker looking after it. The lifts are ok and were never out of service during my stay. There is a Mercadona only 100m up the road, there is also a little cafe near the entrance which is useful for a espresso or a beer. The location was brilliant for the old town and Beniconnect bus. I would definitely use this apartment again.

To be improved

From the outside the apartment block doesn't look the best, however don't let that fool you, the apartment is modern and looks recently renovated. There were limited kitchen utensils, I had to buy a chopping board, bread knife and tea towel. There is no hair dryer, iron or ironing board which would be beneficial to have available. There was a slight smell of drains in the toilet but it's not that bad. I kept the door shut and the window cracked and used to put bleach down the sink and shower drain. There is no balcony which is a negative. The pillows are bad, they could do with replacing. Get rid of those long single pillows and replace with normal sized pillows!!
