Clean, comfortable and spacious for an individual traveller. The pictured and description matched the reality. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The host is super nice and friendly.

To be improved

Extremely difficult to find parking in the area. The property is without an air conditioner.

“A long way out of town? Not really!”

The best

A new location for us as we visit Bilbao regularly. Although on the edge of town, it was interesting to see, there was a lovely park nearby, the supermarket was across the street and the metro and tram just behind the supermarket, so everything we needed was there. The apartment had everything needed. All the instructions for access were clear and when we needed help, the staff were helpful.

To be improved

On the last day we lost our hot water (which they said was due to problems since the 'apagón') but since they had sent someone out to work on it, it would have been nice if they had asked us because we didn't realise there was no hot water until late and then no one was available to ask what had happened. Still no hot water the next day, and although these things happen, an offer of some rebate would have been nice.
