I was sent the key lock code to obtain the keys - very easy and convenient Lovely and comfortable apartment with a fabulous comfortable bed, great shower and kitchen

To be improved

TV too far away from sofa !!!! just my personal opinion Did suffer with noisy neighbours above but wasn't constant - the guy just liked to use his phone on speaker so we all heard his phone calls!!

The best

The apartment is spacious and has a very large terrace. The apartment is very clean and the furniture is new and very beautiful. Modern style. The apartment is close to the city center, a two-minute walk, but far from the noise of people and cars. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hassle-free. Hot water was always available. Kitchen supplies were available. The house had everything I needed. The owner's interaction with me was always positive.

Hello, I want to cancel my reservation at Hotel Playavera in Spain, reservation no. 4582162011. This hotel does not meet the level of a 4-star hotel, it is all worn out, the beds are terrible, the chairs are terrible, the room is full of hair, I still can't bear experiencing such a shock, I am leaving this hotel tomorrow morning and please refund me for three nights, or credit it to the booking of another hotel . I have never seen such a poor 4-star hotel, it advertises you beautifully in the photos!!!!!
