The location is a little far off from Seville. It is in residential neighborhood and looked safe to us. The house was clean, but all the instructions were in Spanish.

To be improved

There are no windows where the fresh air can come in. There is one in living room, but nothing in the bedroom. The place has stale air as a result. The shower place is small and the bath soap dispenser wasn't working fine. There was no iron or iron stand or laundry detergent in the house. The bed is quite small for two people.
