Host gave us the keys at the property, very effecient. Great location with easy access to bars etc in Gros and Old Town

The best

I have seen some reviews that states the apartment wasn’t clean. That was not the case. It was an authentic Spanish experience, in a central area of San Sebastián and hence the building was older but quaint and lovely. If you want to be a tourist, go to La Concha, but we loved being amongst the locals and experiencing true Spanish culture.

To be improved

N/A - the owner kept in constant contact - there was a slight issue where we learnt not to lock the bathroom door as it self locked. This was quickly sorted by customer services - we just had to use a cotton bud to open it. He also was very understanding when we had an accidental breakage and he did not get back to us requesting extra payment.
