Apartamento Aka

When we booked this, the score was 9.3 so we expected something much better than this. We are honestly disappointed by the accommodation, so we would like to mention a few things that we wish we had known before booking: - The interior is plain without any charm or decorations, and not very cozy. - Only access to the apartment is through the garage which is without light and doesn't seem very secure. We found the switch for a light, but it didn't work. - Lack of storage space - The curtains of the bedroom cannot fully cover the window so there's a lack of privacy - The floor is very thin and the apartment isn't well insulated. We could hear the cars on the street and the windows are totally wet in the morning. - The terrace and the apartment are actually not on the same level. We could access it through the staircase, but then there is a construction site right next to the terrace and there was no light so we never felt like spending time there. We booked 6 nights which is a long stay and we tried to contact the host to see if we could get a refund if we shorten our stay. Not only did we wait for a whole day to get a response, we also got a not very helpful answer. Having used booking.com for a long time, we really find this accommodation well below the standards implied by the review score.
