Apartamento Albatros Golf del Sur Apt149

Just lacking some basics eg a kettle. Reception only open 15.30 to 19.30 each day.

On arrival we were told by the guy at reception that there had been a water leak from apartments above & our chosen apartment was not available. We were given keys to another apartment no345 & that is where we stayed. Although it was ok it’s not what we booked, for example no washing machine, the tv remote was Phillips & the tv Samsung so we’re not compatible & would not work. The previous occupant had locked the safe so we couldn’t use it at all during our stay. We reported all this to reception who wrote it all down but nothing was done about any of it & we didn’t hear back at all. Later in the week we had a leak in the bathroom from the sink near the door, we didn’t want to slip up on the floor so we just went & bought a mop because we knew nothing would happen if reported. Later in the week the apartment we were supposed to be in was occupied by someone else as we saw them on the balcony sunning themselves. Other little things that were irritating were we only had a bread knife to cut anything, an ironing board was supplied but had no cover on it, the tea towel supplied to dry plates etc was in fact a table runner some five feet / 150 cm long. The general cleanliness was ok apart from certain glass/glossy doors in the kitchen / lounge had smear marks indicating that the clean previous was rushed or Luke warm/ cold water was used.

Apartment was very dirty , not as seen in pictures looked like a different apartment
