Got bitten by bed bugs, and left after one night, which ok, maybe they didn't know about, but when reported and presented with the photos the staff/owner just ignored my request to cancel the booking

Location was amazing! Nice to have a full fridge and a microwave

To be improved

There was a rotten smell coming from the bathroom. The shower does not drain effectively and you have to stop the water multiple times during one shower to let it train. It is very small on the inside with seating really just for 2 on the couch. there is one pillow to share on the larger bed, and it is miserable, very flat.

“Good value for money and very cozy place”

The owner of the apartment was very helpful at all time since before our arrival to the property and during the stay. The apartment was located in the city centre and very close to all attractions. The whole flat was very clean and well maintained with all necessary to enjoy our stay The money we paid, it did worth for the whole stay and we will book it again if we ever come back to Santiago.

The time we stayed there was very much pleasant, thereford we have nothing negative to say about our stay. We recommend to keep doing the job you are doing and do your best.

The best

It was cold we turned on the heat. All the power went out. So we plugged in only 2 heaters when we turned on the stove to cook all the power went out. Happened 4 times. Always main breaker all the power . Maybe it is in need of replacement.
