Fantastic location, lovely apartment, very comfortable, with extra bedding, air con and heating if required (we went in April/May when night time can get a little chilly). Big balcony/terrace, with sunbeds, sturdy table and sun chairs. Lovely views. Access to loads for radio stations via the TV for background, and Netflix/Prime for evenings when not going out. The cafe to the left as you exit the front door is typically Spanish and serves great coffee and breakfast for just a few euros, well worth a visit.

Excellent location with sea view,well equipped apartment

Although I didn't meet Raquel, her communication was good and she arranged for her mother to let me in. The location of the flat was excellent, being only a minute from the main bus stop, however being on the fourth floor (with a lift), there was little street noise. Both the flat itself and the common areas of the building were very clean. The flat was spacious and light with a large terrace with both a table and chairs and a sunbed. What was great for me, was that it included both a sun umbrella and an awning, so I could sit out without getting burnt. I ate out in the evening far fewer times than I expected, as the flat and terrace were so cosy and included Amazon Prime and Netflix on the TV as well as blankets if I wanted to sit outside. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything I needed to cook. The bathroom was large, with lots of storage space and a good shower. The bedroom also had a wardrobe, good quality linen and shutters to keep out the light. I would return here if in Mijas and highly recommend it.
