Too complicated to get into unit. Either alot of work on various apps or go to their office. Instructions hard to follow.

The location of this place is the highlight and having the free car park was definitely a reason for choosing this place.

To be improved

Using the app and the key code was a bit ricky but we managed at the end. Cannot imagine older people would master this with ease! The flat is situated above/next to a seafood restaurant and because of that there was a bad odour in the flat throughout our stay. The beds were very tiny, good enough for my children and me, but my husband didn't sleep well. Also it took over a week to get the deposit back, and the real estate that was organising this was not very helpful when I could not track the refund back in my bank account.

Access by app no key, If wifi / bluetooth not working not possible to get into property ? Or lose phone or leave in property after exit impossible to gain entry without trying to find the agency !

Cadiz was lovely

To be improved

Rules if you leave dirty stained towels or bedding you lose money. Don't have white towels then. Leave a fob for car parking but don't tell you where the parking is. Then they don't answer phone, but will message you. I am a respectful person but felt very uncomfortable there as too many rules and regulations, would not recommend
