“Location was perfect for access to facilities but suffered from road and child noise.”

The best

The apartment is located in an ideal position for access by foot to the Port and Old Town. There is a bus stop and taxi rank nearby. It is on the second (top) floor and is served by a lift. It is quite spacious and comfortably furnished with ample towels supplied.

To be improved

The apartment faces North-East so gets very little sun and during our stay (end of April to beginning of May) there was a continuous cold breeze that made sitting on the balcony cold and unpleasant. The whole of ground floor is occupied by a day nursey for under 5s which only operated during some of our stay which tended to be noisy at times. Also the apartment faces onto a busy road which was particularly noisy during the day. The over bath shower had to be handheld as the wall bracket was incorrectly positioned. Well fitted kitchen but only one cup and very three large mugs provided although there were plenty of glasses, plates and other utensils. There was a dishwasher, clothes washing machine, iron but no ironing board.

“A very nice apartment in a lovely town.”

The best

The apartment was as good as the website showed, in a good location with very easy parking. Its facilities were excellent and we made use of the washing machine and dishwasher. The design and decoration were very pleasing. While there we had a major medical issue - nothing to do with the apartment - and the team were so kind and helpful. I could happily stay there again.

To be improved

The over bath shower wasn't ideal for us, but it was plain to see on the website.

“An ideal choice for a couple in Jávea.”

The best

One of the coolest apartments we've visited - the photos don't reflect how cute it is. It has a beautiful view and a large balcony. The estate on which it is located is well located making it close to everywhere. There is no problem with parking. We felt at home there. Luckily, the nearby kindergarten mentioned in other comments wasn't noisy at all.

To be improved

After booking you have to pay a substantial deposit outside the Booking system. At first I felt this wasa bit fishy but everything was finally OK. Nevertheless, such a deposit is not convenient and locks up vacation funds.
