Apartamento amplio y cómodo

Where do I start, the kitchen was badly equipped, no utensils to cook with, ie spatulas, corkscrew, no hot water, we contacted the agent, who suggested we purchase the missing items and money would be refunded, we declined, they were to be delivered in 2 days’ time, they never arrived. We were informed the hot water in the kitchen had been turned off to save electricity. The apartment is situated on a street corner which meant street noise from both sides. The bathrooms, where there was a show door, did not run, so could not close the door property, the tiles were creaked (pictures attached) the plaster was falling off the walls. The outdoor area was unusable.
