Convenient to the beach, shops, restaurants, bus etc. Good wifi. Level access suitable for person with mobility issues. There are a number of fans provided which is very helpful because there is no AC The kitchen is well equipped but there is no operating instructions so we just used the obvious ones - kettle, microwave, toaster. The area is quiet and residential. This apartment would be suitable for those seeking a base and planning to be out most of the time.

To be improved

No usable private outside space/no balcony, garden or terrace. There is a very small inner courtyard/lightwell space to the rear overlooked by other units. It is used primarily for storage for a large outdoor plastic tool shed, washing machine, clothes airers, bucket of paint, water heater, vaccum cleaner, mop and brush. The front door opens directly onto the street and cars park right up against the outside window/wall. Initially we were concerned that the windows were not very secure, but that subsided as we didn't have any problems. There is a safety deposit box provided but no operating instructions meant we were unable to use it. Also as it is located at the bottom corner of a wardrobe it is hard for older/less able people to access it. Overall we felt the apartment would be suitable for someone working in the area or touring the island rather than an older people seeking a quiet base to relax and enjoy the local amenities.

Everything was nice. Host very cooperative. Area very beautiful.

To be improved

There is nothing not to like. The only thing was we roamed for like 10-15 minutes before we called the host because we were unable to locate the property as Google map was also not helpful. But thanks to host she was able to guide us.
