Apartamento Anais Centro Sevilla

Reaching to the apartment was tough. Host tried to help but it was so frustrating I wouldn’t recommend to my friends :(

The shower needs attention … only dribbles out.

Everything was perfect

Water was not running well, and shower was old / a bit browny

Apartment was dirty when we arrived. The bed linen was covered with dirt and hair (the very first night). When we complained about this the host accused us of causing the mess. The bathroom was also dirty and had issues with cockroaches. The photos on booking.com are not a true reflection of the state of the property. It is more worn down and not of a high standard. The kitchen appliances are old and generally everything is done to a low standard. The AC barely works and the key had a padlock to it so you cannot leave the AC on if you leave the property. We struggled with the temperature at night. We tried to get a refund so we can find another place but the host refused this and dismissed all our concerns. We travel quite a lot and this has been the worst apartment we have stayed in, never again!
