“Overall a good place, the pictures reflect reality.”
The best

The location is perfect. Close to the ocean, walkpaths, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony was sunny all day. It is great for breakfast. The green “grass” terrace is a good idea. Parking is not a challenge.

To be improved

The lock of front door is tricky. The whole apartment a little worn out. It's not terrible, but I think a thorough cleaning and cleaning the furniture fabrics would help a lot. The central location is great, but be prepared for music playing until dawn, but fortunately from a little further away.
