Annabelle was an excellent host.. Great communication and helped us arrange travel to bilboa. Lovely gifts left out for our arrival. Easy access even though she wasn't there.

The best

A lovely apartment - clean, modern and comfortable. The shower was great! Only a short walk to the centre of Haro and close to some viewpoints with nice views of the region.

To be improved

It wasn't entirely clear where the parking was, some directions might have been helpful. We also struggled a bit to open the door to the apartment!

Finding the apartment was difficult, as was parking. Language barrier made checkin process a bit difficult but as this is obviously a new business I’m sure it will be smoothed out. Clean, newly renovated apartment. Good location. 2 single beds.

To be improved

Check in needs to be sorted as this is a private apartment in a security block.
