The property has an excellent location, it is at the beachfront and the balcony has a seaside view. There are multiple appliances, including a washing machine and a dishwasher, however, the apartment is not equipped with detergents, so if you want to use them plan an extra charge for the supplies you will have to throw away at the end of your stay. The house rules on the door state that there is a penalty for leaving stuff behind. The apartment is in an old building, and since the bathroom does not have ceramic tiles on the walls and in the shower, the walls have caught a distinct stench of mold and moisture, which is ever present in the entire place. A major drawback is that entry is not automatic and the hosts will not wait for you at the apartment to hand over the keys. Rather, you need to drive for 15 minutes to the other part of the city to pick up the keys. We wouldn't have opted for this apartment had we known this. It is most inconvenient if you are not arriving by car. The property is advertised with parking, but the description on their page does not mention that parking is subject to availability as it is shared with other tenants of the complex. Overall, it was an acceptable place to stay but the falae advertising and hidden rules have affected our experience.
