The best

I liked our hostess! She was very helpful. She answers our calls right away and even helps us acquiring transportation options.

To be improved

I just couldn't find the utensils right away. Its good my daughter found them under the sink. But everything else about the experience was quite coveniently memorable.

The best

Well equiped, comfortable beds, good location, warm in cold, wet weather, WiFi efficient and available in all rooms.

To be improved

The apartment was on the 1st floor, accessed by steep, external marble staircase with 2 turns. These became slippery in the wet making it difficult to manoeuvre heavy suitcases.
