“Enjoyable apartment with shortcomings”
The best

Despite some shortcomings we enjoyed our stay in this spacious well furnished apartment. The location is perfect at the boulevard, at sea, near to restaurants and shops. We could park our car within 100 meters. Halfway our 10 day rental there was a thourough cleaning with new sheets and towels. Communication with Pilar was great and a flexible checkout was possible.

To be improved

Not mentioned in the advertisement is that you have to pay an hourly fee to use the air-conditioning. Fortunately we didn't need it in winter. The mattress of the bed is worn down. We turned the mattress around and over to make it acceptable again ( for a while). There is almost no sunshine on the windy terrace, we moved to terraces of bars nearby. The waterpump of the neighbors makes noise, no problem when they sleep....
