“Great views, dodgy electrics”

The best

Great location. Easy check in - videos were very useful! Communications were great once we got on to WhatsApp. Spacious and great views of sunrise and all the way up the coast to Benidorm. Two bathrooms were handy.

To be improved

The electrics are dodgy and kept tripping every time we did something like turn the kettle on. It was cold and hard to heat without tripping the electrics. The original booking process was a bit convoluted via booking. com, emails, several forms to fill in, information to send, extra payments due for the dog and the taxes - quite a lot of duplication, could be more streamlined.

“Ladies weekend away”

The best

Apartment was in the best location for the airport and the venue that we had to go to for a dog show. Apartment had everything thing that was needed for the time we stayed. Outside was very clean and well kept. Brilliant instructions on how to access apartment.

To be improved

The radiator sparked a blue flash, so we felt that we could not use it as we thought that it may have been a fire risk. No one came to replace it with another one. One of the blankets that was in the wardrobe smelt very bad and was dirty. We tried to put it in the washing machine, but it was too large to go in.I reported both of the above the next day.

“Fantastic Stay”

Amazing location, value, facilities and incredibly friendly staff. Highly recommended. 10/10 😊

To be improved

The apartment could get quite hot at times without the availability of air conditioning. However, this was made clear that no AC was available before we stayed there. Perhaps if AC was added it would make it even better but overall it was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back 😊

“Great and clean appartment at a magnificent place”

The best

Clean rooms, toilets and showers. Comfortable beds. Helpful host at arrival. Magnificent view from above and quiet area. Parking at street as well as possible in private parking garage

To be improved

No smoke/fire detection; should be there at the 10th floor! Too few pans/lids; present pans are too big for a little meal (e.g. boiling eggs in a very huge pan costs much water and power)
