“Superb”
The best

Location very good if you intend to explore the island by car, although slightly tricky to find at first. Host greeted upon arrival. Managed to overcome language barrier through written messages, with the host very quick to respond. Supermarket and restaurants close by.

To be improved

Some mirrors in the bedrooms would have been great.

“Furnished apartment, good network+garage, but necessary to improve communication”
The best

Location fine if you work from home or you are with business. If you want to go to an acceptable beach you will have to drive to Playa Del Ingles or to Las Canteras (the nearest beaches)

To be improved

Very poor communication with the administrator; promised that the towels and sheets will be changed weekly; nothing was done in this regard.
