“3rd time of staying due to location, balcony and views”

The location and views are great. The balcony is huge and offers plenty of space and overlooks the ocean. The apartment is large and well equipped

To be improved

Would be all 10 out of 10's if the air conditioning worked - which is still advertised but not in place.. They have placed stand alone fans in each room but they just push around the hot air !

“Great location - bit hilly. Great views from un overlooked balcony”

The best

Location and views are the best thing going for this apartment. Balcony is very large and private. Good location but the location noted on booking.com is incorrect. Quite well equipped. The handover of keys went well mainly because I insisted getting contact details from the owner as they were not forth coming - but went well due to the organisation of the lady with the keys

To be improved

There are a couple of negatives. No Air Con as advertised. Key to main front door very fiddly until you find the tricky position of the key in the lock - several people in the block had the same problem. Lift is temperamental although was ok for our stay but can breakdown often. Furniture is quite worn and tired. 3rd bedroom is small but we didnt have to use it. Only one bedroom has a dressing table and mirror so difficult for a family to share. Owner not very communicative but he is absent anyway

“Dispite the cons listed we have rebooked as location and balcony great”

The best

Location good for us but not as shown on the booking site - it is the other side of the beach up a hill. Beds and pillows were excellent and very comfy. Balcony is huge and very private with fantastic views. Cleaner does a good job as very clean. Very well equipped with kitchen utensils, plates etc. WIFI works well. Parking in garage was great as no easy parking close by.

To be improved

Location needs to be corrected on the booking site as not situated as advertised. Air conditioning did not work in any of rooms. Hairdryer supplied but the plug only fits into the kitchen - did try all the plugs in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Small bathroom has an awful drain smell coming up from the sink. Kettle was broken. General condition is very tired and could do with some TLC Just read previous comments from last year and the Air con did not work then - I have already reported to the owner via messages and he has said this will be fixed for our return in September
