“Exceptional”
Spacious Very near restaurants and bars and cultural sites.
“Central location and easy to see all the city sights”
The apartment was very centrally located and provided excellent value for the price. Basically any attractions can be reached with a 5-10 minute walk. It should be noted that the apartment has been refurnished and the amenities aren't brand new. But again, it offered excellent value for what I paid. The entrance was on a quiet alley, but it opens to a large street so it still felt safe.
“Exceptional”
The apartemento was on a very narrow street that has a dead end, so it was very quiet. The location was central to all the attractions, with many good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything I needed. The wifi password is complicated, so I was guessed no one would guess it. When first looking for the apartemento: as you walk down Calle Claudio Marcelo, watch very carefully for Calleja Azonaicas. It is hard to see the sign on the wall of the building. Turn left onto it, walk a short distance, and you will see, on your left, a very narrow dead end street. Turn left into this street. On your left, you will come to a door, with 8 above it. Now you can use the code Pedro sent to get the keys and enter the building. Go up one flight of stairs, and it is the first door on your left. Pedro very quickly responded to my questions via the booking.com app Good value. And I enjoyed Cordoba.
“Old noisy and poorly kept.”
Location
The place was old and lacked natural lighting. There was mold in the shower and an electric plug that was coming out of the wall by the hesd of the bed (see pics). Bed was uncomfortable, and it was the nosiest apartment that we've stayed in. The windows aren't insulated, and because it's facing a narrow alley, the sound from the street is amplified. No kettle to boil water, and the place was old, poorly finished. The owner kept asking me to give a good review as they are new to renting (which isn't the case). The previous review is correct. There aren't any improvements that we could see.
