We didn't even get to enter the apartment.

To be improved

Our flight had gotten delayed and we informed the owner before hand that we will be arriving between this and this time - but with poor communication and a language barrier we stood outside the apartment in an unknown country confused as to what to do we phoned them up totally confused but became even more perplexed because of the language barrier! We didn't even get to enter the apartment! It was horrible and after that we tried to ask for our refund but they refused to give it.
