Apartamento Baluarte de los Pozos

Maria and her husband were extremely welcoming and kind. They explained about the apartment and the local area and left us a number of treats! The apartment was very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable. It is located close to the centre of Cáceres which is a beautiful place to stay. Though it was extremely hot, we were kept cool by the two air conditioning units. This was a fantastic place to stay, and we thoroughly recommend it.

The apartment is in old town, inside the fortified wall that surrounds the town. In fact next door is a museum which provides access to some ruins and models of how the structures were built. Only thing is that the tours were in Spanish with no English option. The apartment was well equipped, hot water with good pressure and very clean and comfortable.

Location and cleanliness of the place Loved the decoration and the ease of parking

My husband and I stayed for a week. The apartment is a perfect size for a couple - spacious, clean, well equipped. Very comfortable bed, great towels, internet fast enough to hold the occasional video call I had to make for work. It was perfectly quiet at night. Super easy parking right in front of your door, and you are a maximum of 10 minutes walk from all of the Caceres sights. Maria was a wonderful host with consistent, friendly and helpful communication before and during the stay (including spot-on restaurant recommendations!) Her husband and son met us upon arrival and explained all notable features of the apartment. Coffee and breakfast items were provided. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again.
