“Dirty place, nice location, not responsive host”

The apartment was dirty. There were dirty spots on the bed linen. Bathtub was extremely dirty. The host didn’t answer messages. Finally we left the apartment when the host didn’t want to exchange the linen. We didn’t hear back from the host. We didn’t get any refund and had to pay in other property in order to stay in a clean place.

“Great spot.”

It’s quiet and close to one of the resident beaches. Air conditioning was fantastic to be fair . Community Pool has an on duty lifeguard guard on duty 12pm-8pm WiFi was fast. there is a view of the beach it’s not direct, but you can see it from the balcony. Access to the Pool is through the apartment complex so it was nice and easy to get an elevator from the ground up to the apartment floor. There’s a nice beach within two minutes walk that brings you directly onto it . There is a few clubs and restaurants up along more residential vibe (the restaurants and shops speak practically no English), but you can grab a bite to eat and get a beach bed there. If you’re looking for a place that’s a way from the busy spots in Marbella this is the one I would advise driving because of the distance it is from everything. Marbs Company we were dealing with were very responsive and good to deal with .

Genuinely distance wise It’s more than 35 -40 minute walk to the Marbella beach(the main beach strip with all the shops /resteraunts )so we spent a fortune on travel/ taxis .(it mentions only five minutes on the website which is a bit strange hence one of the main reasons we picked here,) It seems a little dated and smart TV didn’t work There were some broken items in the apartment drawers ,missing tv remote balcony chair wobbly (fell off the bloody chair because it was loose with missing screws )etc, but we didn’t take but that didn’t bother us too much not to give out, but this is just an honest feedback . Communal Pool opens 12pm not the accommodations fault -but it’s a bit later in the day especially if you’re on holiday. Minor maintenance things all in all but noticed all the same, but if you’re up for a quiet spot, this is the place it’s residential so it’s not too busy with tourists and you would need a little bit of Spanish to get around. I think the little bugs in the place just come with the age of it just an honest review we did enjoy our stay at the end of it.
