Clean, small and neat, as described. Jordi who met and checked us out, very kind and polite. Kitchen dated but usable, with good amount of utensils. No oven but has microwave / grill. Reverse Aircon and the extra heating fans for the bedrooms were effective as the apartment had felt quite cold on arrival during our Xmas season stay. It warmed up nicely though. The location is excellent, a minute away from Plaza Mayor and the historic centre. Surprisingly quiet given its location as the ground floor apartment is removed from the street in a residential/office block in a beautiful old building. We parked at the very nearby Hotel Don Manuel for a rate of €13 a day as recommended. Recommend getting away from the historic centre to find places to eat as inflated due to location. This was a great choice for our 2 night stay!

To be improved

Steps (3) down to the main living area and 3 steps up to the kitchen and bathroom. The twin bedroom has no window but has a louvred aperture connecting to the master bedroom. This might be an issue for privacy issues or sensitive sleepers.
