The cleaning was excellent and the bed sheets very good quality. It's a relatively quiet place and close to barajas airport especially to T1. We didn't expect much but it did not meet our expectations. The bathtub had a hole, the dishwasher did not work and there were random things in the drawers our kids found. The instructions about entering the apartment could be better. We were sent a code to access with the mobile phone but the security provided us with the key. It would be also good to note that after taking the elevator to the 1st floor you have to go left and through a metallic door (which was closed) without any signs. Also by the fact that it says that it has breakfast included it means it has some jam, margarine and magdalenas. There were also tea bags and milk. You will have to bring your own drinking water if you don't want to drink the tap water. We have requested the host that we would prefer gluten free breakfast which was ignored nor told us that it was not possible.
