“worst booking ive ever made”

waited an hour for someone to turn up to say the apartment had maintenance issues and then put us in another building which had bunk beds, couldnt have been further from what we booked - didnt stay booked alternative accom

not getting what we booked or being told ahead of time there was a problem and that the booking would have to be changed
