We were told we were in Levante Lux and we were in Bermuda Apartments, it was a nightmare from day 1 the cooker was an Induction one tried to cook breakfast at 9am wouldn't work the lady came at 11.30am and apparently the incorrect pans were in a locked cupboard that's why it didn't work, then the TV didn't work the ariel lead was broken so had to go away and get another one also the Internet didn't work do got another TV from a locked cupboard but no remote so went out to get a receiver box worked for 20 minutes we were at an ELVIS Festival at Melia Hotel where we paid €280 fir our tickets but we had already missed the opening show, Dayy 2 still no TV or Internet but we were out most of the day at shows messaged the lady just kept telling us how to try and fix things which didn't work. Day 3 Saturday still to TV or Internet Day 4 no TV or Internet but had a flood and water.all over the floor, settee wet through Air con leaking no answer from staff so we had to clean.it all up using all the towels etc so once again missed a show. Then eventually on the Monday we were told we could cancel our last day but we had Beniform Palace to go to the main show and 4 other shows so it was a no no. I woukd like compensating for our awful stay in this unfit apartment. It's been disgraceful. Thank you
