Apartamento Bernabeu Loft en Madrid

Our stay at Bernabeu Loft was significantly impacted by several issues that compromised our comfort. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that both the duvet cover and the quilt for the sofa bed were dirty, leaving our third guest without clean bedding. This oversight should have been addressed prior to our check-in. Consequently, our guest had to endure two nights without adequate bedding and in cold conditions.   In addition to the bedding problem, we encountered a malfunctioning bathroom door that was off its track and difficult to use. While we promptly reported these issues with the bathroom door, it took an unacceptable three days for property management to send a technician to address it. Furthermore, the resolution of the dirty quilt issue was slow and involved some confusion.   Overall, although the apartment has potential, the evident lack of attention to cleanliness and timely maintenance significantly detracted from our experience. Everything was good

I couldn’t sleep. Literally, I slept 2 hrs maybe. The noise is absolutely deafening. I tried to strap a pillow to my head but the street noise came through. It’s like being inside a barrel in the middle of the street. You can hear people’s footstep echo through the room as they walk past outside. Stay here at your own risk. If you don’t plan on sleeping here, it’s probably not a bad option.
