Location!!! Right at the beach, in an unpretentious building. Free parking around lots, beautiful full featured apartment. Highly recommend.

Very good location.

It was end of February, 7 degrees at night, and they did not have a proper heating. The owner does not communicate in English. I have to put everything into translator.
