“alicante was great”

location was fine and the balcony was also a good facility. The towels were fresh.

To be improved

We were not thrilled with the fact that there were ants everywhere. The apartment was fine but a lot of dirt on the floor from the very begining. The worst thing I saw was potatoes with water in kettle, looked like it has been there for a while. The smell was also unpleasant. We couldnt find where it was coming from but somewhere near kitchen.

Location was great , there were fiestas almost every evening until 22:00 , we really enjoyed watching from the balcony

“We had an enjoyable stay at this central location . It was comfortable and had everything we needed.”

Great central location. The lift worked and the flat had everything we needed. We were grateful for the complimentary welcome pack of bottled water, milk and a few other refreshments. We liked the fact that we could look out for the cow outside the “ Ale Hop” shop and then we knew we were home as the entrance is next door to this shop. Alia responded quickly via WhatsApp once we’d got each other’s numbers on our phones.

We had a stressful time getting into the apartment due to poor communication! No prior information about how we will get the keys. YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE TO PHONE WHEN THEY ARE OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY AND SOMEONE WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 5 MINUTES TO GIVE YOU THE KEYS. We kept being asked when we will arrive at the property and we did reply with a rough idea, but we were asked again. We were arriving by bus and then walking from the bus station to an apartment that we hadn’t been to before so it took us a while to find and couldn’t give a precise time. We’re not used to phoning foreign numbers from our UK phones so we had problems contacting the person with the keys and needed booking,com to assist us. It was very noisy at the front door so it was difficult to hear. No information pack in the apartment advising us about rubbish or what to do with the keys when we leave.
