The best

We had a bumpy start, but Carlos was very quick to respond and find the solution. The apartment is very cozy, equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay. It’s not in the city center (but within a walking distance), so it is not noisy in the evenings and at nights. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it to you.

The apt was well equipped. Though it was very hard for us to locate it. Once we found it , we found it easy to get Uber to go anywhere.the location was good.

To be improved

It was very hard for us to locate it. The taxi just dropped us off at a junction & pointed one way. It was raining hard. Nowhere was the name Apartmento Boutique a estrenar written. I also found it difficult to figure out how to use the stove etc as there was no instructions in English. But Carlos was kind enough to come the next day to show us how to use it. I suppose it’s ok for people from Spain or nearby countries as they are used to the same type of appliances. But for others like us, it’d be nice to have written instructions in English. The bedroom AC remote wasn’t working. Carlos fixed it the next day.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! It was spotless, with tasteful furniture and well-equipped amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the railway station and the charming old town. Carlos, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive. He responded to messages promptly and even went the extra mile by sending us helpful tips on what to do in Seville. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

The location is excellent. It located in an queit and safe community. There is supermaket near the apartment. It's very convient to the main points of interest. The landlord is full of hospitality. They resolve any issued very quickly.

To be improved

If there is tumble drying machine as well as English instruction of washing machine, that will be perfect.
