“Bad host, unwilling to resolve numerous issues”
The best

Nothing, we ended up checking out after 2 nights and found another apartment to salvage our holiday.

To be improved

There was no hot water, we called the host 14 times and sent numerous messages and he never responded to help resolve this. The apartment is advertised as 2 bedrooms & there was only one. The check in process to get the keys was horrendous. We previously agreed with the host that we will arrive at 10pm. We arrived at 10pm and no one was available to give us the keys. It took 2hours to check in & we were left waiting outside until midnight with a child. Again the host failed to answer the phone after we tried for 7 times. The host also advised there would be a charge of 50euros for picking up the keys later than 10pm. This was not mentioned anywhere in the description. The sofa bed in the living room very hard & uncomfortable, we were given one thin blanket. The WiFi is an old iPhone hotspot in the flat. This did not even work. Avoid this host at all costs.
