After driving 612 km to the property, the property manager refused to give me access before check-in time at 04:00 pm despite I waited one full hour in front of the door, proving that the unit was ready to be occupied and cleaning staff was not present because they have finished their work time ago. Poor customer services. In addition, after renting, they asked me many times about my arrival time. Why? It was a kind of robotic service plenty of messages sent by Whatsapp, email, text, plus booking.com, and a phone key access, a very non-personal mode.

Despite minor inconveniances, we have absolutely loved to stay in the apartment. -Perfect location. -Spacious, well-equiped rooms. -The staff is very nice and helpful, provided everything we needed (high chair, extra bedlinen, etc)

To be improved

There are few things we suggest to upgrade, to make everything perfect:: -The sofa in the living room is a bit old and too soft..makes it uncomfortable, especially to take a nap or sleep on it. -There were mosquitos in the courtyard, and it was difficult to open the windows. A mosquito net needed to be installed.
