“Perfect location”
The best

Perfect location, close to the beach, gym, shops, restaurants and cafes. Apartment is spacious enough, AC in living room - which is the must during hot temperatures, kitchen has all basic equipment (we did not use the oven, but I noticed the temperature dial is hard to read). Overall, nice place for a short break. The owner was very helpful.

To be improved

The current work right outside the door, breaking stone, digging starts at 8am until around 4.30pm. The rubbish bins are located right in front of the balcony, the bin lorries empty the bins at 11.30pm and 7.30am. These circumstances are out of the owner’s control, however it is good to know before moving in.
