facilities were very poor, property wasn’t clean, kitchen utensils were dirty, just left as they had been used by previous tenants. wrong address on documents, very difficult to find

2 single duvet covers on double bed instead of a flat sheet ! Same on single bed no flat sheet ! Towels were very worn like dish rags had to go out & buy some towels. Patio doors didn’t lock Garden very overgrown & unkempt making property very dark & dingy Terrace very untidy & not a very comfortable place to sit Patio furniture needs upgrading very worn & uncomfortable with stained & very worn cushions. No English TV

“Location and layout of apartment were fine but interior disappointing”

Location of the apartment.

Difficulty in finding apartment from the instructions given. Broken toilet. Very tired and shabby soft furnishings and poor quality bedding. Only Spanish TV. Hairdryer missing.
