“Very nice flat in a perfect position”

The best

The apartment is in a big nice complex just 5 minutes from everything, beach, port, shops, restaurant. The flat is on the 7th floor (with elevator) and has a nice balcony facing the mountains, making it quiet at night (one can hear the animation from the hotels near-by but everything stops at midnight). It has a nice kitchen/living area and a separate bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space. Air conditioning is only in the living room, but we slept with the window open and it was totally ok. Anna, the owner, is incredibly nice, friendly and available. She made us enter before check-in time and always replied to our question very quickly. We were supposed to stay for 5 days but decided to extend our permanence for another two.

To be improved

Nothing really negative. If I can make a couple of suggestions, I would say that it might be useful to provide guests with dish washer, soap for the washing machine coffee cups and even oil, when possible. I am sure we could have asked Anna and she would definitively provide us with these, but we did not mind buying them in the end ;) One more thing to improve might be the system to empty water from the air conditioning. If one does not know/realise that the water tank has to be emptied every now and then, water might fall down.

“Great location in Alcudia - more pros than cons”

The building is an apartment block that is a mixture of residents and air bnb style apartments. Pool to the front - amazing views of the mountains and old town from the back. This apartment faces the back. Location is 10/10 - two streets back from the beach. A short walk to the marina and all the restaurants. Only a 15/20 min walk to the old town. This apartment is on the 7th floor - top floor - but there is a lift 👍🏾 The apartment is super spacious and had all the kitchen we needed - kitchen ‘stuff’, hairdryer, fast wifi Agent in charge was on hand and fast to respond. They also told us about a fiesta happening in the old town during our stay - we visited and it was great. We had a rental car during our stay and we could always easily find free parking on the road or a short walk behind the apartment building. If looking for the apartment in Google maps but in - Primavera.

To be improved

Air con - only in the living area so bedroom can still be hot even with it on. There are fans which, we used to cool the bedroom down - but ppl might find them noisy. There are fancy electric blinds for the bedroom - but they aren’t great at keeping out the light - need curtains too. Key - you need a key to access the pool area - it was a bit of a pain as we only had one key - make sure you get another set if you stay. These are picky negatives - and can be overcome with eye masks, ear buds etc. and the agent is sorting a second key set 👍🏾

no good place in the kitchen to let dishes dry; pillows too soft for us;; shower could be in better condition (switch doesn't work, drain cover comes out)

The location. Close to the beach and the old town. Great view from the balcony. Nice swimming pool. A really home from home
