Excellent location, immaculate property, 2 bathrooms, air conditioner in every room, everything provided, private parking, 2 terraces to sit outside, and attentive communication from Roberto. When I am next in Cartagena this will be the first property I will look to book!

Roberto was very helpful on arrival. The apartment was very clean, well equipped in a perfect location, only a short walk to the main town, harbour and all points of interest. Secure parking under the apartment was ideal. We would stay there again.

Very spacious and comfortable, absolutely everything you could want, a real home from home. Location was super, walking distance to everywhere. Parking a great bonus, Good communication, made easy. Would stay again and recommend!!!

The location was great. The owner sent all the instructions promptly. It was easy but I locate the property and access the property.

We arrived 2 days before Christmas no welcome hamper. The cleaner hadn’t been. It was very cold and damp. There’s a damp smell in the apartment. All the towels which were few were very old almost crusty feeling. No where to get ready in room 2. Everything is photographable but not functional for the stay. Not for a two week stay. Neither balcony gets sun which in the summer may be. Blessing to be fair. There’s building work right next door. Again not the property owners fault but no warning was given. Everything was dusty and greasy and old when you’ve spent £1500 you expect fresh towels. Just a b it tired and needs a good update on the small details. Like having some toilet roll on arrival.

“Great apartment for visiting Cartagena old town”

The best

Nice apartment very close to Cartagena city centre. Only 200 meters to the beginning of busy old town streets. Free parking of the car in an underground garage felt very safe and an elevator to get our bagage from the car to the apartment. Checkin was easy and quick.

To be improved

So close to the city it is not reasonable to expect things like a nice balcony and/or a view. The apartment is a bit dark and the outside terraces are small and boxed-in.
