“Nice price for the value”

The best

I like the price of the location and the fact that it is so close to the North of Tenerife. It is outside the touristic area, so you can see the locals and their way of living. The host is fantastic. The area is calm as it is the end of the road. It is also connected to public transport, a few roads and in 7-8 minutes you are at the tram/bus stop. There are lavender candles and full support from the owner on everything along with pieces of advice on where to go. The host is very thoughtful of everything and has very good property management skills. There is a minibar inside the room that is always clean. The furniture is good-looking from a renting perspective.

To be improved

The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything, however the residents sleep at night, there is one who is watching TV very early in the morning so you would wake up around 06:45 unless you are a heavy sleeper while the window is somehow inside the flat you don't have fresh air at all. The surrounding areas look dubious to me, having cockroaches on the street and even inside the flat (kitchen and bedroom). According to the host, this happens because of the building sites from Tenerife. The entire island is a building site, along with the North. The government could help more with making people's life easier. They closed all beaches due to water pollution. There is a pipe that got broken and filled the water with defecation. The mattress is a bit uncomfortable. I could feel the iron inside it. The problem is solved by putting the cushions under your back while sleeping. There are not enough trees grown inside the island, and it smells like CO2 everywhere. I tried to dry my clothes on the top of the roof, and they smelled like traffic afterwards.
